Yogapsychotherapy and coaching is based on the system of the most ancient and the clearest vedic wisdom, which gives a complex answer to all the conscious and unconscious processes. This method of therapy combines the practices of Eastern and Western philosophy, and it offers a solution - with its knowledge originated in the ancient yogic wisdom - to all the individuals suffering from the problems of the present age. How does a session - or series of sessions look like? Coaching
in coaching we will discover the problem you have, we will set a goal, work on a solution - this is by questions and working on the here and now and your goal for the future. This is more a talking session, however, some meditation techniques could also be useful.
it is a positive process and there is a development, and you become aware of your own potential, and the hindering belief systems you have in the way of your goal, but not necessarily going deep into the obstacle and why that is...just becoming aware of it.
in coaching one session is about 45/60/90 minutes once a week depending on your need
we start with your present state and explore what you want
therapy can go deeper than coaching, here we also discuss why I have a particular re-occuring problem in certain issues - this can be by talking and then by discovering
we may also discover how you enter into the particular state of mind and emotion.
we do not have to get rid of the emotion but we can welcome it and with guidance it is easier
you will also learn some useful meditation techniques that you will be able to use in your daily life.
